We had a technician come out for a second opinion ...

We had a technician come out for a second opinion on our unit. He was very friendly and spent 4 hours looking over our system. We ended up going with his recommendation. Not even a week later, our original issue started again. We called and talked to a manager and a senior technician was sent out the next day and said our issues had been misdiagnosed after we had spent $500 dollars. While the senior technician was great and they responded to us in a timely manor, our misdiagnosis of our unit and amount of money spent was a frustrating experience for us. We ended up paying another company $1000 to fix our issues, A#1 Air would have been almost double.
