I scheduled AC Tune up and They send some rookie whom I came to know they fired before I did the complain. My half million dollar home both AC unit were messed up by their technician. When I called for 24/7 They didn't had anyone to send to my home. This was my first experience , We have gone through terrible pain during this time. School starting , Festival etc. no one can return the moment they screwed up. I am still following up with them and let see if they are sending rookie or non rookie to my home. The guy who came before was using fear tactic to increase our repair cost.
