We've been working with A#1 Air for 3 years and they have always provided good customer service, but the individual technicians can be hit or miss. Today RANDY MCKINZIE performed our service and is hands down the best technician than we have had, period. Knowledgeable, shoots straight and gave us the real information that allowed us to plan for the inevitable replacement of our aging AC unit. I will be requesting Randy in the future. -JV
