Guys, Don't believe other small reviews. Newly joined employee are forced to write a good review about company as a task.

I don t have any problem with anyone neither I will have. Let me write the honest review here.

I am working in this company since last 1.5 years.That was my increment month.I've told to my parent that your son is going to get salary hike by this month.And the day has arrived,my colleague were going to receive the increment letter and I was also waiting for my turn.

Suddenly i received notification in our most humble human being that is `Thunderbird`. I thought i am the only who is going to get increment by mail (Just a joke). but after reading that mail i came to know that i will not get increment for next 3 month due to poor performance.And My questions are

1. Why didn't anyone inform me about my performance during the entire year?
2. I've been listed in EasyCollab near by 4-5 times. If my increment were hold on due to my performance, then why i was listed in EasyCollab. I moved on by thinking that 'They could be the fake review by client'. I chose to wait for next 3 month to get increment letter or salary.

And the day has arrived, I was waiting for mail in ThunderBird and i got it.I came to know that until next year i will not get increment, there were no reason which answered my but Why . I was sad,saddest and in grief.Again there were few question.

1. How my performance has been measured? Why didn't anyone inform me during that 3 month?
2. I didn t have work and I was sitting without work during this 3 month.so there is no chance of performance evaluation.
3. I've asked why i didn't get the increment.They had no idea about actual reason but they were idea about performance of Virat kohli in Indian cricket.

At last, I am saying that there are many quotes in wall of our office. Please add this one also, "Employees aren't a liability, They are an asset on a balance sheet".
Please answer me if possible, It will help me to forget that i wasn t good employee throughout my entire career.
