I recently used the services of this company for clearing and settlement, and while the website is informative and user-friendly, I found the customer service to be lacking. The process was a bit confusing, and it took longer than expected to get answers to my inquiries. It would have been more helpful if there were clear guidelines for navigating the platform. However, the platform's functionality for trade processing was quite satisfactory. Overall, I'd rate the experience as average. I hope they work on improving their customer support and streamlining their processes. 🤔
