The products are severely prone to inept engineering and complicated further by HORRIBLE customer service. Some people get a good one, but many do not. There are electrical shielding issues, programming issues, memory issues, intermittent problem issues, compatibility issues, and more. All this is exponentially compounded by an incredibly inept customer service group who knows very little about their products, product issues or even how the things work. All this gets further insulting with a "we just don't give a F" attitude.
