In my first order, I did not receive the style of feeding bags that I had ordered , but I was desperate, so I used them.
I decided to give Vitality a second chance and 7 out of the 10 bags were correct.
The website kept deleting my messages to customer service which meant I had to call the 800 number.
I am not happy - I was given a run-around. They wanted the item number of the incorrect items but could not tell me where it was; they gave up on that and started worrying about me returning less than $6 worth of product to them and had nothing to say to my complaint that I would have to drive over 50 miles to sent the return to them. Instead they told me they would "have to check with the warehouse" about replacing the rest of my order. I was instructed to check my email from time to time and wait for instructions.
Unfortunately, I did not notice their error until I had placed one more order today.
I felt as if I were talking to a wall when I was trying to ask that they ensure that my final order would be correct.
At the very least, I would have expected an assurance that the warehouse manager would be contacted and that they would double check my order before shipping it...
The customer service is lacking with this company and there seems to be problems in the warehouse that prevents them from correctly filling orders.
Hopefully, my final order will be correct. In the meantime I will be searching for another company to buy from in the future.
