My brother met an accident and admitted in night , The next day we had a counselling about treatment and surgery at that time they asked us to pay the partial amount but we would like to go through insurance , But they said will take time to do a surgery bcz mostly will approve evening . I given a assurance if insurance make it late am ready to pay through letter and they agreed and do a surgery immediately and insurance was approved after 5 hours. How ever if you have a insurance or have more money MIOT is the best.
