Thank you for your response on my review, but it does not change the situation for me.
Allow me elaborate; one of my business laptops was dropped off for repairs at your premises (which have changed location from literally one side of Pretoria to the other) while this whole delay was happening. Had I been notified that you have changed location I wouldn't have had you carry out the repair but would have rather had a closer supplier look at it. I was called with a quote only two weeks later to which I approved the repair immediately not to delay the process. I was told the laptop will be ready in a couple of days. After I had to follow up another week later I was told the laptop is ready for collection. I send my driver the same day to the other side of the city only to find out that nothing has been done to the laptop yet. I only received the laptop back another week later, by sending the driver again to the other side of the city.

So you see I cannot afford these kinds of delays in my business hence the reason my comments was never to use your service again and people should know what they getting into when dropping off a PC at Intelligent Computing.

I hope this have now outlined my frustrations in dealing with you.
