If you read most of the previous reviews you will find a pattern .. a pattern the owner either chooses to ignore or is oblivious to the obvious.
I explained that due to circumstances I was not able to get to the gym to cancel, but this was explained to me as, not my problem. So I was charged months without going ... whatever .. as bad as that was, I was told I need to pay nearly $100 to cancel!
I asked what exactly the admin fee of $50 was for and she had no answer. She is the owner.. you press delete .. admin duties complete! We have been to many gyms without such a ridiculous ending ... money spent for nothing hurts....
So the lesson here is, you think you re getting a deal on the way in. In reality she will collect all the monies on your way out!
I know she will reply as she has in the past .. beginning with Hello Mike, I m sorry you had a bad experience .... yada yada yada
Read your reviews and make a change for better customer service ... it is screaming in your face ...
