Lovely afternoon tea in the Palm

Lovely afternoon tea in the Palm
Court. Staff couldn t be nicer and the freeflowing food and bubbles is really great value and delicious. The venue could do with a little revamping though, looks a little worn and is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.
