I found their email creation tools to be clean and easy to use. A biggie but that's about the extent of my praises.

Their logo can be removed once becoming a paying customer which I found to be fair. Their auto attendant's spiel, which I've heard at least 70+ times now mentions not wanting to rush anyone which at this point I take to mean even their employees - which might be fine for some businesses. But for the last 3 days I've attempted to make contact via phone and chat - have given up with the phone since been on hold for > 20 minutes on 4 separate occasions. Attendant says do chat if you are in a hurry. Chat does eventually get a rep to pick up after about 10 minutes on average but ended up being no help every single time. The chat rep mentioned that they've been busy. These are my experiences as a small business owner. Not sure how a marketing company can make it if they make it hard for me to get a few simple questions answered / become a paying customer.

ps been on hold for 35 minutes now on the phone and my chat rep left off over 5 minutes ago telling me that he needed to transfer me to a different department. WOW Have a nice day.
