Very rude customer service !!
1 / As soon as we ask for information to which they do not have the answer instead of kindly telling us that they do not have the answer to our questions, he prefers to look down on us "How do you want me to know that? "
2 / when we call to ask for an email for a complaint, they hang up on us or we call back to find another person, it's the same thing or he prefers to leave you in the wind until you hang up !!!!
And of course when they behave unpleasantly and asked for their names to signal they say "it's not your business" before hanging up
