I've been coming to Tribe since the New Year and am absolutely hooked. The instructors are fantastic and create a super welcoming environment for people of all levels. They encourage you to go at your own pace so there is never any feeling of competition. I always leave feeling great both mentally and physically. Can't recommend highly enough!
