After years of researching, planning and scheduling our own vacations, I decided that due to time constraints and the complexities associated with the trip we wanted to take, that we needed to reach out to a travel company to help us plan our trip to France. We were referred to SmoothRed to plan our trip. Adam was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient in asking questions to help guide the experience. After reviewing several iterations of the itinerary, we settled on a fabulous 10-day journey to Burgundy, Lyon, Bordeaux. Paris and Champagne. The SmoothRed team is highly professional and organized. After the itinerary was confirmed and deposits made, we worked with Marieke, a SmoothRed team member, who facilitated our trip details including reservations for hotels, transportation, tours and even making dinner reservations on our behalf. She was also available during the trip to take care of us.
Not having any other travel company experience to compare it to, I can only say that we found their service to be incredibly helpful and felt that we received tremendous value for the investment. We would definitely use them again.
