Horrible customer service , I ordered a 2 pack of ...

Horrible customer service , I ordered a 2 pack of a product received 1 individually wrapped item when asked where was the second to complete the 2 pack , no response from the seller.
I then got eBay involved and because they sent delivery confirmation of the single item eBay says I received and close the dispute.

So I basically got robbed ripped off what ever you want to call it and the seller nor eBay cares.

I wonder if it were more money if I could file criminal charges against ebays CEO for allowing criminal activity to go on
