1st. Billing was EXTREMELY rude in telling me I had no options in paying my bill.
2nd. I am constantly relaying messages between billing clerks, and the "hospital itself"... (I don't work there)
3rd. On my 3rd round of applying for any sort of payment plan...with harassing phone calls daily.
Did I mention the bill is only 1 month old?
Only after calling each "billing center" and basically laying it out step by step, did I get a note on my account that I am attempting to make payments. -_-
DID I MENTION THE BILL IS 1 MONTH OLD?!?
The assistance programs are garbage and have lost my application twice...I'm currently waiting on a "paper form" to try and apply again.
At least in Parkersburg they took my $, MMH would rather see your credit ruined I suppose.
