Had a Tasker install a handrail. He obviously didn't secure it to the concrete properly because 5 months later it has fallen off and is unusable, not to mention it is covered in rust.

I reached out to Airtasker and was advised that there was nothing they would do. Absolutely no after-work care from Airtasker. Nothing to stop their Taskers from doing a poor job that will appear once after they've received payment. $450 down the drain, not to mention the $300 we have had to spend to fix it.
