I had the pleasure of chatting with Stephanie about looking for a new watch to celebrate a special occasion. I had originally purchased another watch from Howard last year but my wife has since claimed it as hers. Lucky me. Stephanie listened to what I was looking for, then had some suggestions. Called me a few days later to come check out a watch that she recommended and I was completely blown away with how gorgeous it was when I saw it in person. I m even more impressed with the level of customer service, the attention to detail and simply just making the entire process so seamless. When you re there, they make you feel like family. I can t wait to enjoy this watch. Thank you so much, Stephanie and the entire Howard team! I ll be coming back for a third watch soon!
