I purchase something that shows in stock on your website. You don't ship it, you don't provide updates, you don't answer any of the communications I sent, you string me along for over a month before just cancelling the order with no reason give. You are a horrible company with horrible customer service. I hope you go under.

Update: What good are customer satisfaction reviews on your website if you don't allow the negative ones?
