Single glazed windows, poorly heated, lack of room...

Single glazed windows, poorly heated, lack of room service, dated rooms and poor reception services.
Because of the windows and noisy street i got little to no sleep between the car horns and sirens. Better places to stay for less!
On my stay there was a fire in the middle of the night which we received little to no information about aside from the alarm. They offered to reimburse me for a single nights stay verbally but again lacked communication and information.
