I am a Pilates teacher and have taken trainings and classes for myself all over the world with many different organisations. Body Control Pilates is hands down the most informative and effective school I have come across. They have a hugely supportive and impressive community of teachers with a wealth of knowledge which goes way beyond Pilates in to the human body. Without a doubt worth every pennie if my invesment.
