My husband Adam and I can not recommend She Births enough. We did the course with Nadine on the weekend in Byron. Adam feels after doing the course he is so well equipped to support me in birth and hold space. Birth is such an important right of passage that we are so excited to enter in with love and respect. I loved every single bit of content but especially the breathing techniques and active birth techniques Adam and i can continue to practice leading up to birth. All the info is holistic, genuine and real which we loved. The bonus breast feeding info blew us away to! Nadine is an incredible space holder and listener. Thank you so much xxx
