Very poor in professionalism and commitments. You first get an appointment. They cancel the prefixed appointment later and postpone the appointment citing availability slot of Physician. Then in a fine hour they cancel that very appointment and asks Patient to come in that very prefixed appointment slot. This is very bad habit by so called Physicians and Management. First Respect your patient commitments too.
