A disappointment in the way they make their client...

A disappointment in the way they make their clients wait in order to meet the payment of their obligations. And they do not properly guide their clients so that one only learns of some restriction or observation when he is at the window, after having waited from 45 minutes to one hour. In the end, lost time because it could not be done with the payment. In the attention they tell us that there were some indications that are so visible that nobody sees. On top of that one sees that they give priority to the attention of the suppliers instead of the clients (they make separate lists but they attend to us the same windows). Outrageous service. I hope they improve. We fill in the survey they put in and we gave them the worst score.
