I was in the computer room today and there was a man talking loudly and in a very hostile way on his phone to someone and this was very disturbing. I asked Sean if he could say something to this man but he would not. This loud and disturbing phone conversation (from a man at another computer) went on for about 5 minutes, with staff refusing to say anything. When the man got off the phone, I heard Sean only tell him to keep his mask on if he uses the phone and nothing else. And then the man got on the phone again, again talking loudly and in a hostile way (clearly arguing with someone) and again Sean said nothing. Although I and another woman complained about this loudly to Sean, he was indifferent to our complaints and still did nothing. It's obvious to me this staff person, Sean, shouldn't be working there to not take care of a problem in the computer room, as he did not. He disrespected everyone in the computer room by his refusal to take care of this problem, which could have been taken care of without security, if staff just talked to this man, which they refused, There's something wrong with this situation and these staff people who ignore disturbances like this shouldn't work in the computer area at all, since they clearly don't make good choices nor do they show respect to quiet patrons, as they should.
