I'm going to report them to the consumer's defense. Hopefully they have received the order well, because otherwise they will keep their money and without the product. I bought a product on offer, they delivered another and they had no more stock when I asked them to change it for the right one (have they ever had one?) I made the refund process a month ago and they still did not return my money. I ran out of product, without offer and without my money. Through repeated emails and calls I ask them how we can get the money to the bank account and they tell me anything and then nothing happens, they are cheating me. It was the first and the last time.
