Slum landlords. Rented a high-end property for years and they never conducted the maintenance or repairs they said they would *before* we moved into the property. Went through lockdown with a broken boiler because, despite the plumber stating in December 2019 that we needed a new boiler, they didn't seek landlord approval for a new one until March 2020, by which time they could not enter the building. Went 10 months (before Covid) with water leaking into our flat in multiple rooms. Didn't repair anything we asked them to during our tenancy. Appalling.
