Terrible experience. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, the immigration and customs authorities took two hours to check documents. Time when the Shuttle is not called. When you hire it, you give the arrival time of the flight and its number. But you don't set the time you estimate to be outside. So Karmel must calculate and wait or put that if there are delays there is no service. As they did when I finally came out and it was twelve o'clock at night and I was alone. I called them and they didn't want to go pick me up. They are a scam !!!!! I want my money back!!!
