My first visit to the Embassy was last week. I needed a non-immigrant visa. Apart from a long wait (about 3 hours), the Embassy staff were polite and helpful. Bit daunting as there are armed police in the grounds but it was all pretty straightforward. Visa obtained. My advice, get there early for your appointment. Very long queue.
