The Rep, Jennifer Wasserman, is rude and highly unprofessional. She told me "the company liked you. Do you want a second interview?" I said yes. But the following day she played like she had so many other important things and thanked me for reminding her about following up with that company and how she would get back to me asap. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL ABOUT DATE & TIME OF SECOND INTERVIEW. It's unfortunate that these agencies are middle men to prospective employees. They seem to play games and waste our time. Just give us the direct contact of the Hiring Manager & we (prospective employees) will handle the rest. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
