I have been a resident for over 3 years with Tradewind Investments. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful whenever I call. I have had the opportunity to work with Paula and Fawn, who always get back to me in a timely fashion and work hard to resolve any of my property issues. Cindy is kind and friendly, and has great customer service whenever I call. I would recommend using Tradewind Investments for rentals.
