This is one of my fave bags on the go. it stays cold for over 12 hours after adding in my ice pouches. hold my meals for the day and with the all the storage capabilities it holds my shaker bottle and mix and other supps i use as well. best investment ever. plus the containers i buy alot of them because i prep for days in advance and it keeps me on track
