This was our first time using Columbus Worthington Air. Our service technician, Dan, was great! He called in advance, asked questions about our issue and once he arrived did his checks/troubleshooting and found the problem. He explained everything as he was doing it, showing us as well. He was very open to any questions we had and had answers for all them! We appreciate Dan and the work he did for us, thank you!!
