I have stayed here a couple times, but have to leave a mixed review based on my most recent stay. I checked in around 1AM and construction in the hotel near my room began promptly during the 7AM hour. There was no heads up on the construction during check in, or any attempt from what I could tell to block off rooms that may be affected by the noise. I understand construction and maintenance has to happen at some point but 7AM seems too early.

I would reccomend to the management to anticipate how construction noise will affect guests and do more considerate planning such as a later start and not selling the rooms that are nearby. Yes, unsold rooms are lost revenue, but a poor customer experience can do the same.

I did call the front desk to express my concerns. Maddie was very helpful and was able to get me breakfast and coffee for my early wake up. I didn't ask or demand anything, but she showed genuine customer care by providing the gesture. Kudos to her!
