This is the worst apartments in Memphis!!! Management is terrible, they don t even tell you when they cut the water off for hours and when you call the office to ask why your water isn t working the assistant manager Katie gets an attitude with you because you are concerned about your water and I pay rent every month on time. They will send a letter out to people about paying rent but they won t tell you when the water is going to be out. Everyone has been getting letters from mlgw talking about they are going to terminate our water services. Why weren t we notified of this by management??? Security is terrible over here as well. They let people break into your homes while they are on duty and when you ask security for their number they say they don t have one and just call 911. The rent office number doesn t work as well but they keep telling us to call that number. I would not recommend anybody to live over here. They do not care about their residents!!!!
