I recently had the opportunity to work with this design company and I must say, my experience was average. The company's website is easy to navigate and showcases their portfolio nicely. However, I found the overall communication to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries and there were instances where I had to follow up multiple times. The design work itself was decent, but nothing outstanding. It met my basic requirements, but I didn't feel that extra touch of creativity or innovation. Pricing was fair and competitive, but I did notice a lack of transparency in terms of additional costs that were not initially discussed. Overall, a decent experience, but I would consider other options before working with them again.
