Steve is a great guy to work with! Very thorough and shows you the issues with the property so you can see the problem areas. I also received a print out of the inspection immediately after it was finish which was great so I have a quick reference for the issues with the property. I highly recommend Steve (his assistant was also very knowledgeable too) if your looking for a home inspection.
