FiTech produces a great EFI system and they are experts at customer service. They ran a rebate promo for the EFI I needed, and it's popularity created a back-order situation. They extended the rebate program so no-one got left out, then, when I had a slight issue with the performance of the unit, their tech guys were accurate and helpful. The "fix" was simple (replace a 2" hose) and the EFI is working great. Their people make them a great company! Hats off to the team at FiTech!
