About a month ago I made a call to Auto Flex Leasing and was turned over to Jodie Lott....What A Blessing this turned out to be. I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter who would be turning 16 in a little more than a month. He told me he could help even with my less than perfect credit score and other unfortunate circumstances on my credit profile. He told me to stop by and he would see what he could do.

That weekend my daughter and I stopped by and Jodie was so friendly and really listened to what it was my daughter was looking for in a vehicle, and please believe me...the list was quite extensive. He took notes on what she did/did not like in a vehicle. He also, was great about listening to me in my needs for low down payment, as well as making sure we didn't look at cars that would not be in my budget. We looked at several vehicles that day, but nothing that really caught our eye. Jodie said we had time, so he would process loan documents to get approval and suggested we work backwards on this....get approval and then find the vehicle.

The next weekend, my husband, my daughter, and myself went back to Auto Flex to see Jodie and to my surprise he had been able to get approval. I was shocked as we recently relocated from out of state, and I had less than a year on my job. Not to mention past credit issues working against us. Now the search for a vehicle was on...we test drove several but nothing my daughter fell in love with. Jodie promised he would keep looking for a car that met our needs and always reassured us we had time and to "trust" him on this.

Over the next couple of weeks we went to other dealerships and found the car she loved but continuously ran into problems when it went to the finance department. They wanted a huge down payment, or a payment way out of my budget. We left several different dealerships with our daughter in tears and feeling like this would never happen. I was beginning to feel the same way....I told her she would just have to wait until I could save a large down payment.....which would likely not be until this summer. Her dream of getting a car for her 16th birthday was gone and she was not even looking forward to this BIG birthday.

Fast forward a week, and I received a call from Jodie letting me know that he had a few cars coming in we may be interested in. He let me know that my approval was going to expire in a few days. I told him that she had fallen in love with the Hyundai Elantra and didn't want to look at anything else. He told me they had a few coming in this week and he would see what he could do to get my approval extended so we didn't have to start from scratch. One day later he called and told me that the car would be in the next day and he would get me the details asap. On Thursday, we went and looked at the car at the detail shop and decided that this was the car! I let Jodie know and within 15 minutes we were signing papers. Jodie is THE BEST!!! He doesn't give up and he listens to his customers and what their needs are. He is not trying to push you into something you cannot afford and doesn't judge you for your credit score. He understands that life haI ppens and we all deserve to be treated with respect.

I LOVE Jodie, and will never buy a car from anyone else!!! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had....I know it wasn't that easy for Jodie but he never gave up on putting a smile on my daughters face and he did just that. Not only a smile, but a HUGE hug from her! She loves her new car and thanks to Jodie I am a happy mama!!!
