They confirm the reservation of tickets, they canc...

They confirm the reservation of tickets, they cancel it without notifying you, they do not respond to the contact email, to call it takes up to 2 hours to communicate with an advisor, they offer online chat attention but nobody ever connects to answer you. LOUD SERVICE, both to buy tickets and to communicate with them !!!
