Update: After a phone call from the General Manager, they offered a full refund on the vehicle. Thanks for the opportunity to to correct the issue.

I do not typically write reviews, but really needed to this time. Me and my wife's buying experience deserves the only mention of a star. Jason was great at working with us to get the car we purchased, used, through the dealership. The experience went so well, I even told Jason that I would be back next year, when my lease expires on my other vehicle, to look at getting into a Hyundai. Unfortunately within a month a check engine light. We took it back to the dealership hoping it would be covered under the minimal 6000 mile/6 month warranty. No luck. They had our car for almost a week, and called to ask us if we went to Auto Zone recently and had an after market O2 sensor put on the car. I told him this has been our only issue and we drove it straight to the dealership. I told the service advisor that the dealership may have put it on, but he quickly dismissed that idea, and said that the previous owner must have replaced it before they traded it in. They told me I would need an OEM O2 sensor and that would fix the issue. $450 later and we have had two reoccurring check engine lights. 3 months, 3 lights. The past time we took it to our local mechanic, and he said the O2 sensor was reading bad. I asked him to check that the O2 sensor was a new OEM part. He confirmed what it was, and continued to search the issue, with no success. In addition, our mechanic had told me they would have replaced it for $200 with the OEM part. They reset the check engine light, and within two weeks it was back on again. Since I cant afford to keep taking it back to Vandergriff Hyundai to "try and find the problem" , They charge $140 diagnostics fee, I reached out to them to see if they could take the car back, and let us pick out a similar priced vehicle. No luck, and I honestly was expecting as much. To say that I will not be doing any future business with Vandergriff Hyundai is an understatement. I will also spread the word to anyone I know, to stay away.
