Review of Taj Malabar

We have visited Kerala in 1st week of February 202...

We have visited Kerala in 1st week of February 2021. We stayed in Cochin to just explore the Taj Malabar property. Property is not as expected, its very small property. Property was not maintained well. There was no greeting when we entered the hotel, it might be because of diversity. They didn't even ask us for water.
There was spider webs and dust. Room was not that clean. Sharing some pics as well.
The food was worst. It was stale and cold. There was a buffet at a time of COVID. They were not even serving the food by themselves for safety purpose (Visted Taj kovalam as well they were serving food by themselves in buffet). I have waited 30-40min just for noddles.
There was chicken piece in mac&cheese. Even for ice-cream we have waited for 20mins.
I have visited many Taj properties and food is always bad, but here it was worst. I will not recommend this property at all. Taj Kovalam property was good but even there food was bad. If you are planning to visit Kerala, you can skip the Cochin and directly go to Alleppey.
