Sears has failed. 50 year + customers now leaving their loyalty to Sears behind due to poor customer service. More stores closing, many more to follow. Last one out, please turn off the lights, wait, will not have to, the power company will have already disconnected your service.
Your appliance protection plans are a scam, losing hundreds of dollars of product in a non working freezer that is covered by the plan, as well as many other appliances being payed for extended coverage. First time using and the support is not there. Phillipines based customer service center is a joke, they disconnect when calling, and do not follow through.
Good bye Sears, the initial memories were good, but we do not hate to see you go, your time has come, but we all make decisions in our lives that affect us for the rest of our lives, and that statement is true for a companies longevity in this global market as well.
