Friendly and caring staff! They're doing their best with what they have, sometimes they forget a name or give you the wrong coffee, but the nurses are run off their feet so you can't blame them. Also it turns out my family is friends with my grandma's, nurse's old math teacher, so that turned into a great conversation whilst checking my grandma's temperature and blood pressure. The only thing the nurses couldn't do was get a needle into her because her vain wasn't in the right place, however they brought someone up from the surgical department to help and from then it took less than a minute to get the needle in, so very resourceful staff.
