Multiple attempts for a simple camera for a townhouse. Tech's could never get it to work. Never did. Just intermittent clips at no specific time. Just plainly didn't work as advertised or as tech support or Sr. Management said it would. Clueless people. Charged me for a bundle when I just asked to augment my current system with a camera only. Charged me for a bundle install and threatened disconnection if I didn't pay. I've been a customer for 30 years. Website is disgusting, customer service is clueless. Advertise as a big corporation but very small in residential, I mean real small as per their own technician. Commercial maybe but no clue on residential. Buyer beware. Stay away. Going to pay there cancellation fee and have a whole new system put in by a trusted vendor from personal recommendations.
