Dropped my truck off and before i arrived back to my house...Gary was calling to tell me what the issue was and the cost....it doesn't get any more efficient than that. I also left a message with Steve to ask about some sqeuaking noises. Again Gary called right away with resolution and cost. I love this place. It is what customer service is all about!
