Overall I had a good experience at elder ford. I was greeted by Donnie Shinholser in sales. I had a specific car I wanted and he was able to find it for me and ultimately sell it to me. The car was serviced while I waited and during the wait Donnie checked several times to make sure I didn't need anything and kept me updated on the process and timeline. The detail staff did an excellent job cleaning the car before I got it. The service area is very impressive as well. The atmosphere is very customer friendly and the dealership puts off a good vibe.
