Went in to buy a TV and the service was incredibly slow. Finally after picking the TV, the employee at the front register crudely told me to walk all the way to the other end of the warehouse to fix a paperwork "error" which he "couldn't help with." I asked if he could give the department a call first but would not even bother to respond to my request. A few moments later the salesman arrived and corrected this and I purchased the TV.
Then I requested assistance loading the TV by signing the receipt and was told by the store manager that he would help when we bring our car to the front. When we brought the car around he didn't show. Had to load it ourselves.
This is why brick and mortars are a crapshoot.
