Beautiful site on top of a mesa with full view of sedona below. BUT the customer service at the front desk was super poor and downright rude. They couldn't figure out how their shuttle system works with each person giving a different answer. And they advertise that you can do late check-out but when I asked I was told flat out no and that they would charge a 1/2 day rate. The rooms are also very small for the cost.
